Is my information shared?

Not only do we keep your information secure, we strictly forbid the collection of things such as your name, address, or other personally identifiable information.

Can other drivers retaliate?

When you report another driver with Carma, they simply see "Another driver reported ..." and will not even know you are the person that reported them.

Why is there a "Lite" version?

The lite version does not have all the bells and whistles of the full version but it is fully functional in reporting and being reported and your stats are not lost if you upgrade!

Is my data secure?

Carma takes the best security measure in keeping your personal private information secure ... we don't ask for it or allow it!

About Carma

Carma was first created by a city police officer. It's development was initially an outlet for road rage. Being able to turn to your passenger and ask them to "Report that guy, he just cut me off" seemed a safe and fun way to vent your displeasure with other drivers. It is human nature to want to 'get back' at others for traffic infractions. And most can agree that road rage is not the answer. So why not make your driving record into a score board where your fellow drivers are the judges of your performance. And you are the judge of theirs.

At this point Carma was extended from a road rage outlet into a full fledged game. The name was an easy choice. Your good behavior earns you points and your bad behavior takes away points Much the way the belief system of "Karma" works. And since this game revolves around "Cars" the choice of Carma was simple. Now drivers can strive to reach a higher score, while making the roads a safer place. What better way to promote safe driving than attaching a score, awards, achievements, and even game center leaderboards to it.

And remember, under no circumstances should you ever use Carma while operating a motor vehicle. Let your passenger do the reporting while you concentrate on obtaining a high score yourself.
